Yoga has long been recognized for its ability to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and overall well-being. For individuals in the military community, the practice of yoga can be especially beneficial in managing stress and trauma. One approach that has gained traction in recent years is Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, a method that focuses on creating a safe and inclusive space for individuals to explore their bodies and minds.

At Reflect, Recharge, Repeat, my classes and continuing education are tailored to military veterans, currently serving, and families, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga is at the core of my offerings. The classes provided are designed to cater to the unique needs of the military community, allowing individuals to unwind and reconnect with themselves in a supportive environment. I have cultivated a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those in the military community and I'm dedicated to providing a safe container for individuals to practice yoga. My approach is rooted in inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and comfortable in their practice. One of the key elements of Reflect, Recharge, Repeat's ethos is the promotion of mindfulness and self-care. By offering trauma-sensitive classes, I aim to empower individuals to take control of their well-being and find moments of peace and relaxation amidst the demands of military life and beyond. If this sounds like your jam, I encourage signing up for my newsletter to stay updated on upcoming classes and events. This website also provides an intro to me (Jen!) as well as the schedule of classes available. In a world where stress and trauma are all too common, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga offers a healing space for the military community to reflect, recharge, and repeat - fostering a sense of peace and resilience that can be carried forward in all aspects of life. I hope to see you on the mat!
